Q: What kinds of inputs do you use to grow your produce?
A: All our produce is free of chemicals, artificial fertilizers/pesticides and GMOs - we use only organic inputs from seed to harvest. Our preferred natural fertilizer is gobar slurry (cow manure in liquid form), which we source from an ashram which is dedicated to the preservation of indigenous cows, and houses old and disabled cows which are unfit for work. We also use oil cakes made from neem, honne and sesame, which we procure from a charitable organisation dedicated to the upliftment of destitute women. Q: Can I visit your farms?
A: Yes - in fact we take great pride in showing our valued customers around our experiential farm. Our experiential farm is about a 20-minute drive from ITPL and houses many exotic and local varieties of produce. You can come spend a day at this picturesque farm and see the organic inputs we use, learn about our chemical-free production techniques and pick your own produce. You can contact us at any time to schedule a visit. The entire experience will take approximately three hours (8:30 AM – 11:30 AM). Click here for more information about our farm visits.
